If you are a landlord, you are required by law to ensure all gas appliances supplied in your rental property are Gas Safety Checked annually. A Gas Safety Check ensures all gas appliances are operating safely, so your tenants and rental property are protected against the dangers of faulty and unsafe gas appliances.

Boiler services

We are all qualified GasSafe Gas Engineers who have the ‘know-how’ and expertise to deal with all types of Boilers. A boiler service is a great way of making sure your boiler is running safely and efficiently, and is essential to uphold any warranties or guarantees you may have with the manufacturer.
